Sidhu and Reitz battle for gold
The final came down to a tight contest between Sidhu and Reitz, with the Indian shooter holding his nerve in the closing stages to secure the title. Reitz remained close throughout, but Sidhu’s final score gave him the narrowest of winning margins.
Monna finished third with 219.8 points, ahead of Greece’s Georgios Gampierakis, who scored 198.7. Latvia’s Emils Vasermanis placed fifth with 177.6, followed by Czechia’s Pavel Schejbal in sixth with 157.8.
