The ISSF World Cup Shotgun returns to Lonato, Italy, from 3 to 13 July, bringing together the largest field of the 2026 Shotgun season.

A total of 600 athletes from 80 countries, representing 80 ISSF Member Federations, will compete across 708 event starts, setting a new benchmark for participation this season. The figures surpass those of the 2025 edition, which welcomed 550 athletes from 74 countries and recorded 650 starts, reaffirming Lonato's status as one of the premier destinations on the international shooting calendar.

The competition will feature the world's leading shotgun athletes in Trap and Skeet, with Olympic champions, world champions and rising stars all aiming for valuable World Cup medals as the road to the major championships continues.
Hosted at the renowned Trap Concaverde shooting range, the event is expected to deliver ten days of world-class competition in one of the sport's most iconic venues. Fans around the globe will be able to follow all finals live through the ISSF digital platforms.

The Opening Ceremony will take place on 4 July, officially launching the competition. Medal events will then be held across three days of finals on 7 July, 11 July and 12 July, when the world's best shotgun athletes will battle for Skeet and Trap ISSF World Cup honours in Lonato.
