The International Shooting Sport Federation has announced that its next General Assembly will take place on 13–14 December 2026 in Rome.
ISSF Member Federations will gather in the Italian capital for the federation’s highest decision-making meeting, bringing together delegates from across the global shooting sport community.
The 2026 General Assembly will be an elective assembly, during which elections for key ISSF leadership positions will take place in accordance with the federation’s statutes. In addition to the formal meetings, the programme will feature a dedicated workshop for Member Federations, a new initiative designed to provide a platform for national federations to exchange ideas, present proposals, and contribute to discussions aimed at strengthening and developing the sport of shooting worldwide.
The preliminary programme for the event is planned as follows:
• 11 December 2026 – Arrival of delegates in Rome
• 12 December 2026 – Workshop for all delegates
• 13–14 December 2026 – ISSF General Assembly
• 15 December 2026 – Departure
